Context
Personal project to design an AxiDraw-style CNC machine, a precision motion system combining mechanical design, electronics, and computer-controlled manufacturing.
Constraints
The positioning mechanism had to achieve accurate, repeatable motion using linear guides and stepper motors, integrating mechanical and electronic subsystems into a single coherent machine.
