Biocapsule for Organic Waste Valorization
Mechanical development project completed during my Final Year Project at Arkeale, Strasbourg, focused on designing an innovative biocapsule for organic waste valorization.
The project involved mechanical concept development, 3D CAD modeling, material selection, structural optimization and finite element analysis to improve performance, reliability and manufacturability.
The development process included technical documentation, prototyping support and validation phases in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Designed and developed a complete robotic arm assembly in Siemens NX, starting from individual mechanical components and progressively integrating them into a functional, fully animated robotic system.

Single-Plate Clutch Assembly Design — Siemens NX
Designed and developed a complete single-plate clutch assembly in Siemens NX using a bottom-up assembly approach — modeling each of the 19 individual mechanical components before integrating them into a complete, correctly constrained clutch mechanism.

V6 Engine CAD Design — Creo Parametric
Designed and developed a complete V6 engine CAD model in Creo Parametric, inspired by real-world automotive engine architecture — modeling the block, cylinder heads, valve train, crankshaft and piston assemblies, and intake/exhaust manifolds as a single coherent powertrain system.

6-Axis Robotic Arm — CATIA V5
Personal project to design a complete 6-axis robotic arm in CATIA V5, from individually modeling each component to building the final mechanical assembly. The goal was to understand and structure the mechanical architecture of a multi-axis robotic system.
